Returns and Replacements Policy — Wholesale (B2B)
Eurouniform operates exclusively in the wholesale sector (B2B) to professionals, companies and VAT numbers.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to purchases made by professionals and companies as part of their commercial or professional activity.
Therefore, There is no return for orders placed through our site, as all purchases are considered B2B purchases between professionals.
Defective or non-compliant products
In the event of defective goods, damaged during transport or not conforming to the order, the customer is required to report the problem within 8 days from receipt of the goods, by sending a written communication with photographic documentation to: dandycompany.torino@gmail.com
After verification, Eurouniform will replace the defective goods or refund the corresponding value, at its discretion.
Customized products
Products customized with prints, embroidery or other processes they cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances, except for manufacturing defects.
Advice before purchasing
We recommend ordering a neutral sample before placing orders in quantity, to check fit, color and quality of the product. Always consult the technical data sheets and size guides available on each product page.
