GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/p>\n

Right of return and withdrawal (Private individuals and companies)<\/p>\n

1) IDENTIFICATION DATA<\/p>\n

Pursuant to article 13 of the code of Legislative Decree 196\/2003, we provide you with the following information.<\/p>\n

These general conditions form part of the online sale stipulated via the internet between the buyer and the Dandy Company.<\/p>\n

2) PURCHASE ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION<\/p>\n

The customer will be able to purchase the items through the website www.eurouniform.com by selecting them by placing them in the appropriate cart. The purchase order will be received by us automatically at the end of the procedure for entering all the requested data.<\/p>\n

The customer will be able to identify and correct any errors until the payment is issued.<\/p>\n

3) OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/p>\n

The object of the contract is the purchase of both neutral and personalized products offered for sale online on the website www.eurouniform.com.<\/p>\n

4) OBJECT AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/p>\n

Once payment has been received from the customer, we will proceed with the progress of the requested order status.<\/p>\n

In the event that the customer does not make payment within fifteen days of receiving the order, the purchase will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

5) PAYMENT METHODS<\/p>\n

As payment methods we accept:<\/p>\n

Advance bank transfer<\/p>\n

Advance postal transfer<\/p>\n

Credit card<\/p>\n

PayPal<\/p>\n

Prepaid Cards<\/p>\n

Postepay<\/p>\n

We use secure payment systems compliant with national standards.<\/p>\n

At the time of order confirmation, the transaction data is transmitted via a secure connection to the authorized bodies.<\/p>\n

To protect both the buyer and the seller, under no circumstances will the credit card numbers be disclosed to the merchant.<\/p>\n

For payments by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that the credit has been received in our current account.<\/p>\n

6) DELIVERY<\/p>\n

The product will be delivered, barring unforeseen circumstances, within the deadline communicated to the customer. This date is to be considered indicative; in any case the product will be delivered strictly within thirty days from the date of receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

7) PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS<\/p>\n

All online product prices are expressed in euros for all countries adhering to the Single Currency.<\/p>\n

All prices must include VAT.<\/p>\n

STANDARD shipping costs are from \u20ac7.90<\/p>\n

Shipping costs from \u20ac9.90 for Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs may undergo price variations based on specific requests from the customer. In this case we will communicate to the customer the total amount of shipping costs which will be confirmed.<\/p>\n

Shipments will be marked with an identification number and will be released to national couriers (BARTOLINI \u2013 GLS).<\/p>\n

8) DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS<\/p>\n

The products will be delivered via BRT | GLS courier<\/p>\n

In particular situations we may choose to make multiple partial deliveries without burdening the customer with any additional costs.<\/p>\n

Deliveries will always be made by the courier on the ground floor.<\/p>\n

In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made by the courier.<\/p>\n

Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with.<\/p>\n

The Dandy Company's responsibility for delays, omissions and inefficiencies in deliveries by the courier is excluded.<\/p>\n

9) PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY SERVICE<\/p>\n

The printing and embroidery service is evaluated on each individual case. Returned to those customers who own the products to be customized.<\/p>\n

We make use of the possibility to choose whether or not to accept work on products brought by the customer.<\/p>\n

The customer will have to send the products at his own expense. Accepting the possibility that some products could be damaged during processing. In this case we will only refund the cost of the printing\/embroidery service.<\/p>\n

Under no circumstances can the Dandy Company be held responsible for the cost of the product which will remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, as a company we relieve ourselves of responsibility in the event of product deterioration due to fire, theft or any circumstance that does not depend on our responsibility.<\/p>\n

10) CUSTOMIZED GOODS<\/p>\n

The personalized goods will be created based on the information and indications provided by the customer. We will not assume any responsibility in the event of incorrect information being sent by the customer.<\/p>\n

In case of purchase of goods with logo, the Dandy Company reserves the right to accept or reject the work based on its technical feasibility or not. In the event that the right to refuse the work is exercised, the amount will be refunded to the customer.<\/p>\n

We inform you that personalized goods will not be subject to the return service | replacement since, being made to order from the customer, it has no possibility of reintroduction into the market.<\/p>\n

The prices displayed in the EMBROIDERED LOGOS configuration include customization with a maximum of 6000 embroidery stitches. Furthermore, the customer will be contacted to inform him of the supplement of \u20ac0.49 for every additional thousand points on each process. In this case the customer can choose to cancel the order and receive a refund of the sum or will have to pay the difference to advance the status of the order.<\/p>\n

11) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXERCISE EXCLUSIVELY FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS - NEUTRAL GOODS<\/p>\n

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the product.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written communication to the Dandy Company via email dandycompany.torino@gmail.com.<\/p>\n

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product to be returned.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the customer has not taken measures to ensure that the product can be returned in the same conditions in which it was received (including the original packaging).<\/p>\n

The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal is required to return the goods in:<\/p>\n

The product must arrive at the office within fourteen days from the date on which the customer exercised the withdrawal.<\/p>\n

12) REFUND OF NEUTRAL GOODS PRODUCTS (PRIVATE CUSTOMERS)<\/p>\n

The payment made by the customer will be refunded within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the products.<\/p>\n

The refund will be applicable exclusively for neutral goods.<\/p>\n

The amount will be paid in full with the exclusion of transport contributions and commissions.<\/p>\n

13) THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMIZED GOODS FOR BOTH (PRIVATE CUSTOMERS) AND (COMPANY)<\/p>\n

14) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOT ALLOWED FOR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS (COMPANY)<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if you are a private consumer.<\/p>\n

If you purchased with VAT number, withdrawal is not applicable.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal is not applicable for both neutral and personalized products.<\/p>\n
